AN IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING YOUR OLYMPIA BENEFITS INC. CATASTROPHIC DRUG INSURANCE POLICY

At Olympia Benefits Inc., we strive to provide our clients with products that meet their needs with both value and sustainability. However, due to external factors that affect our ability to meet this mandate, effective December 31, 2023, Olympia Benefits Inc. will no longer be offering the Catastrophic Drug Policy to our clients.

Your company has purchased this policy as an added benefit to their regular health and dental plan. This policy will be terminated effective December 31, 2023; after that date, no further premiums will be deducted or withdrawn for policy continuation.
