Making a claim online with Olympia is fast, easy, and secure. Here’s what you need to do:

To initiate this process, please log in to MY Olympia, and under Manage/Company you will see “Activate Online Claims” in a green bar.

A condition to facilitating online claims is to provide your business’ banking details. Please click “Banking Setup”.

Once you have set up your business’ banking details, it is time to set up Funding. Please click “Funding Setup”.

Here you will be able to enter a Pre-Authorized Monthly Fixed amount. This amount will be automatically withdrawn from your business’ account each month to facilitate claim reimbursements.

Please note that our system will calculate a recommended amount for your business. This amount is based upon the total annual exposure for your group divided by 12 months. You do have the ability to overwrite this amount, if you so choose.
